Television personality Kelly Osbourne, 41, is using a getaway to reconnect with herself following what she describes as a demanding and emotionally taxing stretch in her life. Through a series of poolside images posted to social media, the former reality star emphasized the significance of taking time away from daily pressures and obligations.
In the vacation photos, Osbourne appeared relaxed in a leopard-print one-piece swimsuit, accessorized with her signature black cat-eye sunglasses featuring red-tinted lenses, layered necklaces and multiple rings. Her blonde hair and visible arm tattoos completed the carefree aesthetic as she reclined on a lounge chair in the sunshine.
The getaway has prompted Osbourne to reassess her priorities, particularly around the concept of taking breaks. “I’m really learning how important it is to step away from the madness sometimes,” she wrote on Instagram, reflecting on her tendency to become consumed by work, relationships and planning.
Osbourne credited the time away with shifting her mindset about rest and recuperation. She stated that her holiday reminded her that stepping back is not a waste of time but rather a necessary reset that allows her to return to herself feeling “reborn, lighter, calmer, happier.”
The vacation also included quality time with her 3-year-old son, Sidney, whom she shares with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson. One photo captured the two together on a boat, smiling as Sidney wrapped his arm around her neck.
The trip comes as Osbourne navigates reported relationship changes with Wilson. Earlier this month, she shared now-deleted Instagram messages suggesting frustration over unresolved issues involving their son, finances and personal belongings, though she did not directly name Wilson.
The getaway also marks a period of significant family change for the Osbourne household. Her father, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, died in July 2025 at age 76, just weeks after performing his final concert with the legendary metal band.
Osbourne has remained vocal about protecting her father’s legacy since his death. She recently criticized Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider over comments regarding the late rocker’s songwriting contributions.
For now, Osbourne appears focused on carving out moments of peace and family connection away from external pressures. She concluded her vacation reflections by encouraging herself and others to prioritize such breaks more frequently.
