Taylor Farms Pulls All Central Mexico Iceberg Lettuce Over Cyclosporiasis Concerns

Taylor Farms said Friday that it is voluntarily removing all iceberg lettuce sourced at a central Mexico farm from the United States market.

Fresh produce distributor Taylor Farms announced on Friday that it is withdrawing its entire supply of iceberg lettuce grown at a central Mexican facility from U.S. shelves.

The voluntary recall comes amid concerns over potential contamination linked to cyclosporiasis, a parasitic infection spread through contaminated food and water.
