Actress Sydney Sweeney demonstrated her adventurous side by securing herself to the exterior of a moving aircraft and filming the experience firsthand. On Monday, the “Euphoria” star posted video footage recorded via GoPro that captured her perched atop a single-engine plane as it executed multiple inverted maneuvers. The footage showed Sweeney maintaining composure throughout the aerial acrobatics while dressed in navy casual wear and styled pigtails.
Sweeney directed a lighthearted jab at Hollywood’s most celebrated stunt performer by captioning her post, “watch out tom cruise.” The official Top Gun Instagram account responded to her daring feat with an enthusiastic comment and emojis, acknowledging the comparison to Cruise’s renowned stunt work.
The aerial adventure came days after Sweeney shared images from a summer getaway centered around superhero-themed activities. Posted Saturday, August 22, the Instagram carousel featured the 28-year-old actress and her boyfriend, 45-year-old music executive Scooter Braun, dressed as Wonder Woman and Superman respectively during a lakeside vacation dubbed “Camp ’26.”
Sweeney and Braun’s relationship became public in April 2026 after the pair reportedly first connected at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in 2025. The couple’s recent social media posts documented recreational activities including water obstacle courses, jet skiing, swimming, and karaoke.
