Among the families who received offers in the first phase, 82 percent were placed with one of their three most-desired programs, while more than 50 percent secured enrollment in their top-choice initiative.
The high matching rate underscores the program’s careful coordination in connecting participating families with opportunities that best suit their children’s interests and needs.
