Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was taken into custody on DUI charges in the early morning hours of Sunday in Indianapolis. According to jail records, Allen was booked on two misdemeanor counts: DWI/DUI/OWI-Endanger Person and DWI/DUI/OWI-ACE .08 or More, with the arrest occurring around 1 a.m. local time.

The Colts organization acknowledged the arrest in a statement, saying the team was “aware of the incident involving Keenan Allen last night” and was “in the process of gathering more information” while declining further comment at that time. Allen’s representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the charges.

Allen, 34, joined the Colts this offseason on a one-year contract worth $3.3 million and was expected to contribute as a starter alongside receivers Alec Pierce and Josh Downs during the 2026 season. The six-time Pro Bowl selection spent 11 seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers before playing for the Chicago Bears in 2024, accumulating 1,055 career receptions for 12,051 yards and 70 touchdown catches.
