A commercial fishing captain in the Florida Keys is back on solid ground following a lightning strike that struck him while he was working at sea last Thursday morning. Rick Stanczyk, 44, was conducting fishing operations when the lightning hit, prompting immediate intervention from his crew members who administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation until paramedics from Islamorada arrived at the scene.
