A tour bus erupted in flames on the 60 Freeway near Hacienda Heights in Los Angeles County on Wednesday, claiming one life. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find the vehicle fully engulfed in fire, with crews working to contain the blaze and search the bus for occupants.
The fatal incident prompted authorities to close multiple lanes of the eastbound and westbound freeway as firefighters battled the blaze. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by local fire officials and law enforcement, who are working to determine what sparked the emergency.
