The Indiana Fever captured their fourth consecutive victory Sunday, holding off the Atlanta Dream 95-91 in overtime in a contest that carried significant playoff implications. The win came at State Farm Arena before a sellout crowd of 17,044, keeping the Fever ahead of Atlanta in the race for the fourth playoff seed and coveted home-court advantage in the opening round.

Caitlin Clark orchestrated the offensive attack with 26 points and nine assists, while Kelsey Mitchell added a crucial late-overtime layup en route to 20 points despite managing just five in the opening half. Makayla Timpson contributed a career-high 20 points, including Indiana’s first three field goals of overtime, and Aliyah Boston posted a double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds.

The Dream mounted a serious challenge behind Allisha Gray’s 32 points and Angel Reese’s 15 points and 14 rebounds. Atlanta held a 72-64 advantage entering the fourth quarter before Indiana’s defense held the hosts to just nine points in regulation’s final period.

Coach Stephanie White noted that Mitchell’s adjustment from first-half struggles to second-half dominance reflected her development, while praising Clark’s playmaking ability and court vision. Clark said the Fever graded only a “B-minus” overall but credited her teammates’ resilience in a game that felt like postseason basketball.
