Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents carried out operations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties over a 24-hour period, according to video footage submitted to Local 10 News. The recordings documented interactions between federal agents, immigrants, and area residents across multiple jurisdictions including Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, and West Park.

Border Patrol personnel were observed near Harris Field Park in southwest Miami-Dade during the operations. One concerned parent reported witnessing agents near a Head Start facility where she was dropping off her child, expressing uncertainty about the targets of the enforcement action.

At a Broward manufacturing facility, staff members questioned an ICE agent about the purpose of the visit. The agent stated that an individual inside the building was an undocumented resident facing deportation proceedings, though the staff member declined to provide additional cooperation without a formal warrant.

In a separate incident, a Haitian man riding a bicycle to work was approached by federal agents for questioning. Residents recorded the encounter and challenged agents to verify the man’s identification through standard procedures before he was taken into custody, leaving his belongings behind.
