Officials have readied 23 polling sites ahead of the voting period, with final preparations completed Friday. Alina Garcia, Miami-Dade’s Supervisor of Elections, emphasized that her department is committed to delivering a streamlined and efficient voting experience. Garcia noted that while the voting process itself takes approximately five minutes, voters who arrive unprepared about their candidates may face longer wait times. She encouraged residents to research their options beforehand to expedite their time at the polls.
