Supermodel Heidi Klum gave her social media followers a glimpse of her latest beach retreat, posting a series of lighthearted videos on Instagram that showcased both the tropical scenery and a creative accessory choice. In one clip, the 53-year-old lounged on the sand in zebra-print bikini bottoms, a wide-brimmed hat and dark sunglasses while using a bag of Chipsfrisch glazed ham-flavored potato chips to cover her chest. The caption “Glazed ham on the beach” accompanied the footage, earning praise from followers and celebrity friends including Nicole Scherzinger, who left fire and chili pepper emojis in the comments.

Additional beach footage showed Klum wading through crystal-clear turquoise water with one of her white dogs, lifting the pet high into the air and cuddling with it as her hat provided shade. She captioned that video simply with “Finally” alongside island and paw-print emojis. The playful use of the snack brand as a cover-up proved particularly fitting, as Klum recently partnered with German snack manufacturer funny-frisch to launch a special line of Chipsfrisch branded chips bearing her name.

The carefree vacation comes weeks after Klum discussed her rejection of weight-loss drugs and her evolving perspective on body standards. She told Us Weekly that she has no interest in using Ozempic or similar medications, crediting her husband Tom Kaulitz, a German guitarist, with helping her challenge the fashion industry’s longstanding pressure to maintain extremely thin physiques. Kaulitz encouraged her to gain weight over the years, with Klum noting that she now wears a larger size than she did during her peak modeling career.

Klum reflected on how her appearance has improved with age and additional weight, saying she looks better with “more meat on my bones” from a proportional standpoint. She revealed that the modeling industry traditionally enforces pressure to be constantly thinner, making her husband’s perspective refreshingly different. The couple married secretly in 2019 before holding a formal celebration aboard the superyacht Christina O off the coast of Capri, Italy.
