California Sheriff’s Department Seeks Two 9-Year-Old Twins in Alleged Parental Abduction Case

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is actively investigating the disappearance of two 9-year-old children believed to have been taken by their father in Lancaster this week. Law enforcement officials have issued a public appeal for assistance in locating Solomon and Marozhina Sukonick, describing the situation as one involving significant safety concerns.

The youngsters vanished Thursday evening near the 1000 block of West Avenue J-8 in Lancaster, California. Investigators believe the children are traveling with their father, David Sukonick, in a black 2011 Lincoln Town Car bearing California license plate SOLOYST, and they are urging anyone with sightings to report immediately.

Marozhina, a white girl standing 4 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 90 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, was last observed wearing pink shorts and a white shirt. Her twin brother Solomon matches her physical description and was last seen in blue shorts and a shirt of unknown color.

The suspect, identified as 71-year-old David Sukonick, stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs roughly 135 pounds, and has brown hair with green eyes.
