A 65-year-old appeared in court on Wednesday, accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl in Miami-Dade County. Hialeah police officers arrested Jose Cremades on Tuesday at the Lowe’s at 1650 West 37th St., records show.The girl told her parents a man had molested her at the store, and surveillance video showed Cremades near the girl, according to police. Cremades faced a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12. Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Mindy S. Glazer denied him bond. Cremades also had an immigration hold. Local 10 News reached out to Lowe’s for comment, and they responded with the following statement: “Safety is our top priority and we are doing everything we can to assist local law enforcement. Because this is an active investigation, we ask that you reach out to the Hialeah Police Department.”Lowe’s
