El Palacio de los Jugos, an open-air market in Miami-Dade County’s Kendall West neighborhood, was closed on Wednesday after a crash that injured three women. Two of the women were employees of the family-owned chain, and the other was the driver who crashed at about 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday at Southwest 152nd Avenue and 56th Street.Witnesses reported that the driver of the Honda RAV4 plowed into the building’s Cuban restaurant area. The SUV’s impact caused a gas leak, according to Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies. The three women required hospitalization, and one of them was at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel. Morning reportLocation
