Hunter Biden says Kamala Harris is getting ‘bad political advice,’ refuses to explain loyalty criticism

Former President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, said Sunday that former Vice President Kamala Harris was getting bad political advice after he refused to explain why he thinks she wasn’t a good politician.Zeteo founder and former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan pressed Biden on why he said that Harris was “not a very good politician” despite her repeatedly refusing to break from Joe Biden on key issues while campaigning in 2024.”Here’s what I’d also like to say about the vice president. I think that the vice president served the country incredibly well and that she has a deep, rich future in politics. I think that there might be daylight as issues related to Gaza and as it relates to Israel that of course, she needs to be able to stake her own ground on that.”The Zeteo founder noted that Harris didn’t really break from Biden on Gaza or Israel. Biden insisted Harris’ refusal to break with his father on the issue didn’t have anything to do with his father.”He didn’t pressure her? And, so, there is not like this 100%,” he said.Later in the interview, during a discussion about a possible 2028 ticket, Biden said he would love for Harris to be president of the United States.”I would love for her to be president of the United States. I think she would make a great president of the United States. I just think that, right now, she’s getting bad political advice.
