Law enforcement in Philadelphia is searching for a suspect accused of conducting a harassment campaign across Center City on Wednesday morning. The incidents allegedly unfolded between approximately 5:18 a.m. and shortly thereafter, targeting several individuals throughout the downtown neighborhood, according to police reports.
Authorities say the individual wore a distinctive mask resembling a character from a horror film franchise while confronting victims during the nearly 20-minute episode. The specifics of the harassment and any injuries or threats involved remain under investigation by local police.
Anyone with information regarding the suspect or the incidents is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Department. Investigators have appealed to the public for assistance in identifying the individual responsible for the Center City disturbance.
