The Indiana Fever extended their dominance over the Seattle Storm with a 103-95 victory Tuesday night at Climate Pledge Arena, completing a season-series sweep. Caitlin Clark paced the offensive attack with 32 points, while the Storm’s Natisha Hiedeman recorded a game-high 33 points in the losing effort that continued Seattle’s home struggles.
Indiana’s backcourt proved decisive in the matchup, with Kelsey Mitchell joining Clark’s performance by converting 9 of 18 field-goal attempts for 28 points. The Fever’s offensive firepower proved too much for the Storm, whose home record fell to 4-10 entering the contest at their Seattle venue.
The Fever jumped to a commanding 17-point advantage after the opening quarter but could not maintain their early cushion. Seattle rallied in the second half, narrowing the gap to four points heading into the fourth quarter before the Indiana defense reasserted control down the stretch.
Fever center Aliyah Boston departed the game early after sustaining an apparent knee injury in the second quarter. Boston fell hard after becoming tangled with Seattle’s Flau’jae Johnson while setting a screen, immediately grabbing her right knee and requiring assistance from the bench. She was ruled out and did not return as Indiana improved to 18-10 on the season.
The Fever will continue their West Coast swing Friday against the Portland Fire in their next scheduled contest.
