A serious traffic collision in Deerfield Beach on May 26 claimed one life and left three others injured, including Antwan Brand, who continues to battle the physical and financial aftermath months later. Fedeline Saint Cyr, 59, a passenger in a Land Rover involved in the collision, was pronounced dead after being ejected from the vehicle. The Broward Sheriff’s Office traffic homicide unit continues its investigation into the circumstances of the fatal crash.
