A Harrisburg, Pennsylvania man accused of sexually assaulting three underage girls is now facing additional criminal charges stemming from an incident at the county jail where he is being held. Imarr Finley, 25, allegedly damaged property inside Dauphin County Prison on July 8 while participating in recreation time, according to court filings.
Authorities say Finley broke a control room window on the facility’s P block, causing $772 in damage. Two corrections officers reportedly witnessed the destruction, leading to charges of institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor. He was arraigned Thursday, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 4.
Finley has been incarcerated since his December 2024 arrest, when police say he kidnapped a 12-year-old girl walking home from school, brought her to his residence, and assaulted her. Court records indicate he faces rape charges involving two additional victims: a 17-year-old and a girl aged 13 or 14, according to court documents.
The first alleged assault occurred November 25, 2024, in uptown Harrisburg, when the victim reported being followed by a masked man in black clothing. Finley fled from police in December by jumping from a second-story window and running across rooftops before being apprehended. He remains held without bond pending a July 30 court appearance on the rape charges.
