WWE’s Natalya Neidhart Reflects on Locker Room Nudity, Credits Confidence in Her Physique

Professional wrestler Natalya Neidhart, the third-generation member of the Hart wrestling dynasty, became the subject of renewed discussion after retired wrestler Brandi Rhodes brought up her unconventional locker room behavior on Rhodes’ podcast “A Shot of Brandi.” The conversation centered on Neidhart’s frequent habit of remaining completely unclothed while in the backstage area, often with her phone in hand.

During the interview, Rhodes recalled witnessing Neidhart’s behavior firsthand and described it as a deliberate display of confidence. “She would have her phone, be totally naked,” Rhodes said, characterizing the practice as a way for Neidhart to showcase herself to her peers in the locker room.

Neidhart, daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart and niece of Bret “The Hitman” Hart, offered her own justification for the practice during the conversation. “If you’re built in the front and stacked in the back, you may as well just let it all hang out,” Neidhart explained, suggesting her physique gave her reason to be comfortable with nudity in the workspace.

Neidhart recalled an incident with fellow wrestler Eve Torres in which she became so absorbed in teaching wrestling technique that she failed to notice her lack of attire. “I was going over a match with her once, and I was trying to correct her on some forearms,” Neidhart said, noting that Torres eventually prompted her to get dressed during their session.
