Police officers responded to a fatal shooting on Monday morning near Miami’s Design District, police said.The shooter described the person who died as “an intruder” at 4606 NW 5th Ave., according to Officer Kenia Fallat, a spokeswoman for the Miami Police Department. “The individual was pronounced deceased on scene by Miami Fire Rescue. One person is currently being questioned in connection with the incident,” Fallat wrote in a statement. A crime scene forensics van was parked on Northwest Fifth Avenue, between 46th and 47th streets.
