Welcome to Monday Screencaps and the final day of summer. Thank you to those who threw away pumpkin spice candles the minute they were lit up inside your homes as women around this country fell victim to marketing schemes from Starbucks and other global corporations who are hellbent on stealing summer from us.Guys, you have less than 24 hours to stay strong. Don’t give in. Yes, the temperatures across the upper Midwest will be in the 60s and low 70s today. No excuses. Finish strong.PUMPKIN SPICE INVADES SUMMER AS AMERICANS KICKSTART FALL TRADITIONS EARLIER THAN EVER• Did you see the defensive performance out of MY 2-0 Bengals? The defensive front gave up 60 rushing yards. SIXTY. Not 160. SIXTY. The defense has give up 26 total points through two games and the schedule gets very, very favorable for a very, very long stretch. This isn’t just a playoff team, this team needs to be thinking No. 1 seed in the playoffs.– Paul in Cincy is fired up: How bout’ that defense??!! Now to go into PITTSberg and smash those cheaters!Kinsey: Paul, we’ve got ourselves a team. Let’s keep the brittle QB safe as much as possible and after that, let’s go get that No. 1 seed.• Let’s pivot back to college football real fast and the content that Instagram star/Bama grad Sydney Thomas dumped out on Sunday where she took a shot at Lane Kiffin. These two have a history.LANE KIFFIN’S DAUGHTER DISGUSTED BY ‘VULGAR’ BED SHEET BANNERS ACCUSING HER OF HAVING SEX WITH A PLAYER”I’d say Lane Kiffin,” Thomas revealed in 2025 when she was asked to name the craziest celebrity to hit on her. “[Kiffin] slid in with ‘Roll Tide’. And he’s the coach of Ole Miss,” she added. Now it’s Thomas having some fun by revealing her 2026 Halloween costume idea, which is the pose Kiffin was seen on Saturday night as LSU was losing to his former team. Poor Lane. Even the IG models are making fun of him.HEIDI KLUM OFFICIALLY KICKS OFF OKTOBERFEST WITH ANNUAL TAPPING OF THE KEG, LANE KIFFIN MEMES & BAD HIGHWAYS• I’ve written many times on Nate Burleson and the dangerous road to obscurity that CBS is traveling down with its Sunday NFL show. Then someone signed off on Burleson wearing this while claiming something about how he’s trying to Respect Summer. If you can make it through more than five minutes of “NFL Today,” you should be awarded a Medal of Freedom. Between Burleson and Russell Wilson, that show is a complete disaster.MATTHEW STAFFORD, JOSH ALLEN HEADLINE ‘MADDEN NFL 27’ RATINGS AS 99 CLUB MEMBERSWhat a mess.• Do you guys think Google will eventually rug pull us with the use of Gemini? I spent Saturday working on our dehumidifiers. Continuous flow had stopped on the unit that drains into our sump, and since I had no experience working on dehumidifiers, I did what most men do these days –– I took a photo of the inside of the unit and asked Gemini to give me directions. In 10 minutes, the unit was clean and running perfectly. I didn’t even need to go to YouTube. My question for you guys is this: Will Google eventually charge us for such help? How is Google making money? I fire up Gemini, pay nothing and my dehumidifier is back to normal. Are they just trying to get us hooked on the AI before coming in with membership fees? Is that the play? You tell me.• Mike N. sent in a football report:📩 Email: joe.kinsey@outkick.comSend photos, stories, tips, rants—whatever you’ve got.📰 Screencaps Page:👉 Read the latest Screencaps▶️ YouTube: Screencaps with Joe KinseySubscribe for videos, rants, and behind-the-scenes.🐦 Twitter/X: @JoeKinseyexpTag me or drop a DM.📸 Instagram: @OutKickScreencapsYou guys need to start tagging me on content you’re seeing.📘 Facebook Page: Screencaps on Facebook👥 Facebook Group: Join the Screencaps Community📬 Mail (Thursday Night Mowing League):27072 Carronade Dr, Unit A 155Perrysburg, OH 43551🗞️ Newsletter:👉 Subscribe hereMake sure you’re opening it. Don’t hurt the open rate.– Jim T. wants some action: With my Aztecs traveling to your neck of the woods (after two bad losses) seems like a friendly wager might be in order. Now, I’ve got a foot in both camps here, because my mom’s dad, Norman Schrein, graduated from Toledo in the early 1920s.But I’m an Aztec first, and I’m open to some kind of modest wager.Kinsey: I’m game. Tell me what we’re wagering or I’ll ask Gemini for suggestions.– Mark B. on college football: Lots of folks upset at Ducks blowout score, but karma often wons out…November 1980…Portland State 105-0 v Delaware State, with future NFL QB Neil Lomax at QB for Portland. Paybacks hurt and perhaps a $590,000 payout v Ducks isn’t worth humiliating players and fan base, but don’t think they learn well…didn’t PS lose 81-0 v Colorado previously?– MSS emails: A few random thoughts about the title topic. When I was young I belonged to a private club before I bought a house and had to make a financial choice.I wouldn’t join a club 25 miles away unless I absolutely loved the course and there were no other decent viable options. One of the best aspects of club membership is having the ability to go there after work on a weeknight when nobody is around, using the practice facilities and then playing a few holes while dropping a second or third ball down when needed. You’re not going to drive 25 miles for that.Another factor to consider is that you won’t get to play with your friends as much. If you do you’ll have to pay greens fees for the course you go to while ‘wasting’ your club membership. Sure you can have them on your course as guests but that gets expensive and your club will limit the amount of times that any one guest can play.CLICK HERE FOR MORE OUTKICK SPORTS COVERAGEI never got tired of playing the same course BTW. Being super familiar with a course has it’s good points which offset any boredom, at least it did for me.– Eric P. has responded to the emails that have poured in: Thanks so much for posting my request for opinions on country clubs. It renewed the reasons I didn’t join a club ten years ago when the prices were actually reasonable. I did some math and as it turns out, for the cost of a years dues I can take 5 four + day golf trips to Torrey Pines, Pinehurst, Paiute/Vegas and Palm Springs twice when the weather is crapp. This includes airfare and hotel. I can then also continue to play Chambers Bay and the other very nice courses during the Summer without being tied to a payment.Definitely a first world problem, but the opinions helped me decide.THE CRAIG CARTON SHOW–UNFILTERED, UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNMISSABLE. DOWNLOAD HIS DAILY PODCAST NOW!Idaho– Finally this morning, we get a report from Marty in Idaho: It’s almost autumn so the critters are getting ready for lean times. The first week of September was particularly active so I have my head on a swivel when I go outside and I’m usually packin’ when I go down by the river. It gets a little tense when I’m fly fishing as I’m trying to concentrate on that while I know that something might be looking for dinner. It’s not just the meat eaters; I walked pretty close to an elk that I probably wouldn’t have seen if I wasn’t on the lookout for predators. We all have our burdens I guess. My first attempt at a collage is below.##################And that’s it for this Monday. You guys should be dialed in for a huge week. Football is in full swing. Fall is finally here. Leaves are starting to change.Let’s get to work. Go have a great week.SIGN UP FOR THE DAILY OUTKICK NEWSLETTER
