Blue state governor candidate claims he ‘met Satan in person’ in resurfaced podcast episode

Colorado’s Republican gubernatorial nominee claimed in a resurfaced podcast episode that he “met Satan in person” through another person.Talking Points Memo first reported that Colorado GOP gubernatorial nominee Victor Marx, a Marine veteran and Christian ministry leader, claimed in a 2020 episode of his podcast, “I’ve met the devil” and “I’ve met Satan in person, through a person.”According to Marx’s account on his podcast, the encounter occurred when he was praying for a girl in a high-security youth prison in Texas.
