Emergency responders descended on a North Fort Lauderdale residence Sunday following a report of a woman in distress in a swimming pool. Paramedics arrived at the Southwest 67th Avenue and 15th Street location to find an unconscious female who had been recovered from the pool nearby. She was transported to a local medical facility without delay.
Authorities have withheld details regarding the woman’s current medical condition. Investigators are examining the circumstances that led to the incident, and no further information has been released at this time.
