Delaware State Police have arrested 23-year-old Emily Pryor Albino of Seaford on charges related to the sexual abuse and solicitation of minors. The arrest followed an investigation that began August 4 after authorities received reports that Pryor Albino, who worked as a dance instructor at X-Treme Dance Studio in Laurel, Delaware, had engaged in inappropriate conduct with underage students.
Detectives uncovered evidence that Pryor Albino had sexually abused two teenage victims and exchanged sexually explicit messages with them. Investigators believe additional victims may exist but have not yet been identified, prompting an ongoing inquiry into the full scope of the alleged crimes.
Pryor Albino faces multiple serious charges, including felony sexual solicitation of a child through electronic means and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust. She was arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and held on a $110,000 cash bond at the Department of Correction.
The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit continues working with the Delaware Department of Justice on the case. Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective R. Mitchell at 302-752-3794, message Delaware State Police on Facebook, or call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
