California prosecutors have filed a misdemeanor charge against Paul Pelosi, the husband of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, for allegedly departing the scene of a traffic accident. The charge relates to a vehicle collision that took place within the state, according to court records.
The charging documents provided limited information about the incident itself, withholding details such as the date of the collision and the degree of vehicular damage sustained. A vehicle belonging to a third party that was parked at the time was struck during the accident, authorities indicated.
